Scheduling

Once details are confirmed, your photo day is scheduled and planned around practice times, games, or team availability.

Planning

I coordinate with coaches or organizers to create a smooth photo-day flow, including athlete order, posing setup, and any must-have shots.

Session Day

Sessions are efficient and well-organized to respect schedules while keeping athletes comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Gallery & Ordering

Families have the option of ordering in-person, they will also receive access to an online proof gallery to view their athlete's images.

Final Images

Images are professionally edited and delivered with consistency across the team for a clean, polished look.

What types of sports and clubs do you photograph?
I photograph youth sports, school teams, travel and club teams, individual athletes, and organized clubs.
Do you work with coaches or league organizers?
Yes. I coordinate directly with coaches or organizers to ensure a smooth and efficient session day.
Are individual athlete portraits included?
Individual athlete portraits are available and can be included alongside team photos or offered separately.
How do Families receive their images?
In-person parent ordering takes place during photo day while athletes are being photographed. Parents can place print orders, and ask questions on-site.
An online gallery is also provided after the session.
Do you offer action shots?
Action coverage may be available depending on the sport, schedule, and location. This can be discussed during planning.
How far in advance should teams book?
Teams should book as early as possible, especially for in-season sports and league-wide photo days.
